When are the vets there?
The Vets are in the El Cerrito Store every Friday and Saturday. They are in the Oakland Store every Sunday and Monday.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk ins are accepted from 10:00am untill 3:00pm.
When should I bring my puppy in for his/her first vaccination?
8 weeks old
What type of flea treatments do you carry?
Advantage II, AdvantixII, Frontline Plus, Vectra, Vectra 3D, Capstar, Fiproguard and Program are available over the counter. Nexgard, Bravecto, Simparica Trio, Revolution, and Trifexis are available through our clinic.
Do you sell single doses of flea treatments?
Yes, we sell individual doses of most brands of flea treatments.
Do you do spay/neuter surgeries?
What is your return policy?
We want both you and your pet to be happy with your choice of food. If either one of you is unhappy we will gladly help you find an alternative. We do ask that you return the unused portion within ten days with the receipt.
